SIGN ON BONUS $5000.00

Company drivers and owners welcome!

Operational Summary: Runs can go a 400 mile radius from pick up, home for reset weekly. Drivers must have 2 years tractor/trailer experience.

Company Drivers: Sign-on Bonus $5000.00 Target 2250 miles per week

Dedicated Company Driver Pay: $.47per Mile, plus $25 pick up Backhaul, $25 to delivery backhaul, and $20 per intermediate stop!

Owner operators: Dedicated Owner Operators sign on bonus of $3,000.00.

1.15 cents per mile. FSC for ALL dispatch trips at $1.50 peg, paid at $.01 per mile, $.06 increments, based on National DOE.

Safety Bonus Program

$.015 per Mile Bonus Potential, based on $.005 per Quarterly miles ran, meeting the Safety Criteria, as well as a $.005 per mile at the end of the year, based on the previous years miles and Safety Performance. In addition, Retention bonus after 1 full year of service at .005 per mile ran.

Miles per Week Target: 2250 (Based on 5 Turns Per Week). Each Driver must be motivated for minimum of 2,150 miles to stay on the Account.
