Job Description
Amazon Home Services is looking for a Program Manager to drive standardization and continuous improvement in our customer returns & refunds processes. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful and customer-focused. They will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. In this position you will:
* Deep dive and analyze key business performance metrics, identify gaps, create plans to mitigate and drive to closure
* Own regular business reviews with leadership and operational teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goal
* Cross functional coordination and alignment
* Define new goals to measure the success of our program and drive health of the program
* Monitor and respond to stakeholder feedback


The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, have relentlessly high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo), proven data analysis skills, and show strong ownership/commitment. Customer obsession is a must.Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* 3+ years of experience utilizing data and analytics to formulate program objectives, solve business problems, and drive process improvements
* Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
* Skilled in building relationships with stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
* Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles, and develop processes at scale
* Strategic thinker with the ability to see/understand the big picture
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Experience in a fast paced dynamic environment
* Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL & Tableau.
