Heather Miller, senior counsel at Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP, defends employers who are actively involved in litigation regarding claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as representing them before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and state/local administrative agencies covering nearly two-thirds of the US. In addition to preparing affirmative action plans and assisting clients with self-audits, including compensation audits, Ms. Miller has successfully defended more than 100 compliance audits before the OFCCP. Ms. Miller has also defended and received favorable findings for countless charges of discrimination filed with the EEOC and administrative agencies across the US. Before joining Constangy, Ms. Miller worked as a Director Equal Employment Opportunity for a major US transportation company.
