This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

About The Team

As an Analyst with the Digital Banking product team, you will work in an exciting and dynamic environment at the intersection of technology and banking. You'll collaborate across a spectrum of professionals including product managers, product owners, developers, and executives who are passionate about and take a client-first approach to everything they do. The Digital Banking product team manages the day-to-day and strategic direction for FIS's Digital One portfolio of products which provide digital experiences and services to small and mid-tier banks across the U.S. The portfolio includes online and mobile banking apps, digital account opening, artificial intelligence-enabled data analytic capabilities and next-generation digital engagement tools including chat, video conference and document collaboration.

What You Will Be Doing

As a member of the Digital Banking product team you will be directly involved in:

  • The creation and ongoing evolution of product strategy including researching market dynamics, competitive positioning, and financial ROI analysis
  • Discovering and championing emerging technologies and exciting FinTech partnerships, with the ability to collaborate on implementing your vision into the product roadmap
  • Identifying and measuring key performance indicators across the product suite
  • Gaining exposure to executives, partners and clients by crafting messaging and presentations

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree from a business discipline, computer science or engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Self-motivated and willingness to learn and think outside of the box
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Have experience in managing and working with digital products
  • Technical skills such as the ability to write database queries or macros
  • Exposure to agile development principles including story writing, backlog refinement and prioritization
