As the Demand Planner, you will provide information, analysis, and recommendations to drive planning decisions during all phases of seasonal product creation. You will drive data and analysis inputs to cross-functional team members and Global planners to influence the Brand demand planning. You will utilize advanced forecasting techniques to analyze market and product trends to develop seasonal demand forecasts and long-range plans. In this high impact role, you will interface regularly with Merchandising, other Demand Planners in Regions, Retail and ECommerce peers, as well as the sourcing and regional fulfillment teams.

Base Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00
The indicated pay range is what Boardriders reasonably expects to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions will be determined based on a variety of considerations such as work location, work experience, industry experience, education, seniority, responsibility level, or similar factors.
