Detailed Description:
The Local Leader fosters the BC Experience for all employees in an office, and for the clients and business partners in the markets in which they engage, by modeling behavior that reflects BC values. The Local Leader plays a critical role in leading the engagement of all employees in an office location, regardless of the group to which they belong; driving organizational health and enabling the virtual enterprise from the local office level and across the business.
Communicating company information to employees in the office they lead, including being on point for key messages during local and/or national incidents is a vital role of the Local Leader.
The Local Leader role is an "in addition to" job, where the responsibilities are usually in addition to another role such as Project Manager, Client Service Manager, Portfolio Design Manager, or operations leader in the market. Duties include the following:
In Reno, the Local Leader will also serve as the Municipal Operations Leader, who will work closely with the Desert Area Leader, and Business Unit Leader to lead sales and/or business operations for the office. Goals for the Municipal Operation Leaders will be set by the Business Leader, and support Business sales, revenue, initiative, and/or labor management goals.
Responsibilities include client portfolio management, initiative management, project delivery oversight, and total labor management within the Business. A successful Operations Leader demonstrates the ability to lead BC employees and work collaboratively with other leaders in the best interest of our Company. Past successful history with local Reno clients is preferred. Duties include the following:

Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.
