We're seeking a future team member in the role of Vice President - Business Management/Data Analytics to join our Corporate Engineering CAO team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Drive Workforce governance to sustain financial planning.
  • Review and build analytics to support annual and ongoing planning.
  • Develop and implement data analytics, data collection, data mining and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Streamline recurring reporting and tracking responsibilities to improve productivity and efficiency across functions.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Highly proficient in Excel, including v-lookups, pivot tables, report creation as well as PowerPoint presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise excellent judgment and maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive information.
  • Strategic and project management capabilities coupled with strong analytic and financial acumen.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and presentations skills.
  • Pragmatic problem solver, forward thinking with independence of thought.
