Job Description
Description: NSI requires a Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator to support PMA 299 Program Office. NSI anticipates the need to staff an upcoming 5-year H-60 Program and Financial Support Services contract in support of the H-60 Multi-Mission Helicopter Program (PMA-299), including the following key position. All inquiries will remain strictly confidential.
The Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator will perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems. Reviewing System and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups. Analyzing network and server resource consumption and control user access. Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses. May assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.
Desired Skills: SharePoint Site Collection Admin certified
Location: Lexington Park, MD
Education: MA/MS Degree
Allowable Substitution: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. An Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. OR Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
Experience: Over 8 years of experience installing, configuring, and maintaining an organization's local area network (LAN), data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers.
Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is Required. Must be U.S. citizen.
