Job Description
We're looking for well-spoken, responsible, energetic Part-Time Retail and Events Marketing Promoters in the Orlando, FL area to share Renewal by Andersen products and services to homeowners that are visiting and attending events throughout the Orlando area. This job is best suited for an individual who enjoys working with the public, being physically active throughout their day, is confident communicating, has flexibility in their schedule, and is willing to learn new things on an ongoing basis. Hourly pay is $16/hr, but with our UNCAPPED BONUSES our average representatives earn $22+ per hour.

We are looking for staff to work events throughout the year. You will be using your own vehicle for traveling to event locations and transporting materials. We offer a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Not your typical 9-5 job. Our employees choose their hours 2-3 weeks in advance and are assigned shifts based on that availability. A typical schedule would be working 2-5 days per week for 4 - 6 hours per shift.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE:
The purpose of this position is to support the non-traditional marketing efforts of Renewal by Andersen of Orlando. This role is essential to nurturing good working relationships with potential customers as well as producers of events.  The primary objective is to inform potential customer about our product, representing the company professionally and ultimately setting appointment for a consultation.
·    Setup and tear down of events in different locations in our territory
·    Interacting with the general public and informing them about our product
·    Advising on projects they may be considering and how we can help
·    Scheduling appointment for a free in home consultation with our sales team
· Being friendly and talking to anyone and everyone
· Occasional meeting in office for performance review and refresher training
· Other duties as needed for the upkeep of equipment in support of field efforts
· Setting quality appointments with homeowners
· Meeting or exceeding appointment-setting and quality goals within system guidelines
· Handling every prospect, customer and co-worker with empathy and world class service

WHAT YOU'LL BRING | THE PERSON:
 · Valid Drivers License Required
· Demonstrate commitment, hard work, determination, and overcome challenges with creative solutions
· Excellent communication skills, self-motivation/drive, a positive attitude
· Willingness to learn and grow, confident and driven for success, actively gain and share knowledge
·       Maintain professional appearance (RBA provided shirts and jackets; khakis, slacks and presentable shorts. NO JEANS!)
·       Have open availability – especially, during weekends and holidays.
·       Cell phones are NOT allowed in the booth.
·       Utilize proper CRM for recording hours worked and make sure to select proper work location. Travel time to and from events is not considered work time. MUST have GPS location turned on at all times while working. Our time tracking software uses GPS tracking software to confirm employee’s location during work hours. Disabling this feature will cause the time tracking software to not record time and could lead in employees’ wages not being calculated.
·       Check proper CRM app for your schedule. All schedules and changes will be made using this feature. It is the employee’s responsibility to check the schedule and report for work during their scheduled shift. In case you are not able to work, you are required to notify your supervisor personally by phone call, text, or email as soon as possible.
·       Only devices allowed in the booth are tablets and for the sole and only purpose of collecting data for leads or entering these in the system *ONLY when needed to be entered immediately; otherwise, leads should be entered by the Team Lead or Manager at the end of the night each night of the event.
·       Only leave event booth for restroom breaks, No eating in event booth, No sitting or using chairs during shift, Be punctual according to given times of the event,  Will be required to transport materials in personal vehicle
· Ability to be persuasive, works well with others while bringing a spirit of community, friendship and fun, great verbal and non verbal skills, multitasking
