We are actively seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team in the role of Senior Associate/ Client Trainer. This position requires a candidate with experience in the finance industry, a proven track record in designing and delivering high-impact training programs, and the ability to lead and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of finance training programs via our propriety platform for employees and clients across various business segments.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify gaps in product knowledge and design targeted training solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align training initiatives with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in finance and incorporate innovative industry knowledge into training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in Learning & Development or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in in training delivery or content design preferred. Understanding of the Bank's products preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of trainers.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, analysis, and reporting
