Currently we are an inhouse custom designed application The FIS Pricing Tool (FPT) that leverages several Microsoft products to produce consistent pricing of FIS products. Excitedly we are currently in the process of implementing a new CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) system to facilitate our organization Future Forward goals.

What you will be doing

Your role will be multifaceted and critical to the Development team.

* You'll be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, planning, overseeing, and managing multiple large and/or complex projects to create specification documents for development.

* Gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders, analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insight.

* You'll collaborate closely with cross -functional teams implement solutions.

* Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding strategic decision making and drive innovation and foster improvements.

* Testing the functionality of new product releases and present and give details of the project to the stakeholders.

What you bring

* Proficiency in a range of computing skills (full suite of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel (advanced create formulas), Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI (queries and reports), Publisher Web Conferencing, Oracle CPQ.

* Attention to detail and Problem-solving capabilities.

* Test functionality based on specification documents.

* Ability to readily identify requirements and scope out relevant negative/positive scenarios at every stage of the process as well as identify opportunities needing correction.

* The ability to work within a team and independently with minimal supervision.

Bonus if you have

* While not required Oracle CPQ background

* Banking Background

* Six Sigma or Lean

* Strong Leadership or Project Managing abilities.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $97,870.00 - $164,410.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
