We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, AML/FCC Advisory - BNY Mellon Investment Management. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA, - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provide challenge and oversight while supporting BNY Mellon's various global Investment Management businesses, which are primarily Registered Investment Advisors/Asset Managers.
  • Act as AML Officer for one or more BNY Mellon Registered Investment Advisors, including BNY Mellon Advisors, Inc.
  • Collaborate cross-regionally with Investment Management business and risk partners to support transformational initiatives.
  • Provide support and guidance to Investment Management MLROs with respect to relevant Regulation, Firm Policy and Procedures and industry best practices for AML/KYC/CDD and other matters.
  • Works closely with Enterprise partners in AML/FCC as it relates to regulatory examinations, Risk Assessments, significant escalations, Compliance Testing, and Internal Audit Reviews.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business and Risk and Compliance areas supported.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelors Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 10-12 years of total work experience with 1-3 years of management experience preferred.
  • Professional Certification such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or FINRA licenses preferred.
