General Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented. Payroll Intern to join our team. This internship opportunity will provide hands-on experience in payroll processing and administration, offering valuable insights into the financial operations of our organization. If you are passionate about numbers, detail-oriented, and looking to kickstart your career in payroll, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in processing payroll for employees accurately and
  2. Validate timekeeping records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and
  3. Support in preparing and distributing payroll reports to
  4. Help with data entry and maintenance of employee payroll
  5. Collaborate with the HR, Accounting and Finance teams.
  6. Respond to payroll inquiries and provide assistance to employees regarding payroll
  7. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and
  8. Learn and utilize payroll software and systems

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office
  • Good communication and interpersonal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of payroll
