Your role and responsibilitiesCollect data from ABB and competitive systems for performance guarantee development
Provide process control expertise during QCS order pursuit
Develop performance guarantees for proposed Quality Control Systems
Develop Systems Engineering Plan for all projects, and manage Systems Engineering team for site coverage when lead role is assigned
Support integration test of systems during internal "One hundred Percent Test," as well as any Factory Acceptance Test with customer.
Develop software and graphic specials to meet project scope as well as any training materials.
Develop and deliver operator training schedule as part of overall Systems Engineering Plan
Ensure all control features are tuned and optimized
Collect data and review results versus performance objectives. If performance guarantees are being met, develop and present formal results per the contract; if not being met, work with the Project Manager on plan forward
