WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A REGIONAL SALES AND LEASING SPECIALIST

As a Regional Sales and Leasing Specialist, you'll be instrumental in driving leasing goals while also championing learning initiatives tailored to meet regional needs and uphold Related Management Company's strategies and standards. Here are the roles you'll play:

The Sales and Leasing Specialist:

  • Execute strategic leasing plans to achieve maximum occupancy and revenue targets across assigned properties.
  • Conduct property tours, showcasing unique features and amenities to prospective residents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, real estate agents, and corporate housing providers to generate leads and referrals.
  • Utilize various marketing channels to drive traffic and interest in available units.
  • Negotiate lease terms and secure rental agreements in alignment with company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.

The Trainer:

  • Coordinate associate development and learning programs, managing logistics, scheduling, and facilitating learning activities.
  • Deliver comprehensive training on various topics, including orientation, software applications, and company values and practices.
  • Design engaging classroom, web-based, and blended learning programs to effectively train associates.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to assess, design, implement, and customize training programs.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the quality of learning programs.

Compensation:

  • $26- $30 / hour
  • with an annual bonus that is tied to performance

Qualifications

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 7+ years of sales, leasing, or training experience, with a preference for property management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to engage diverse audiences with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel 65-75% of the time.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient with Yardi and CRM is preferred.
