The Executive Director of Tables Quality will design and implement initiatives to deliver high quality Table games and build a culture of quality. This role will work closely with senior leaders from software development, hardware engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, field service within the business to achieve company goals. The Executive Director of Tables Quality is highly visible across the organization and will also interface with the executive leadership team. Will oversee a global team spanned across US, India, and Australia.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Review product roadmaps working closely with the product management and build delivery plans to deliver high quality Table games on-time and on-budget

• Ensure the games are compliant with regulatory requirements across the globe

• Interface and manage the external test facilities as required by gaming regulatory requirements

• Implement quality metrics to measure the current state and historical trends of quality

• Design and implement quality initiatives to improve quality (5-Why analysis, test strategies, etc.)

• Build partnership with other functions to build enterprise level quality strategy

• Manage a global team

• Build a high-performance team

• Be a role model and champion of company values

• All other duties as applicable for the role

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in senior leadership role in software quality

• Global experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience in building quality strategies beyond software testing

• Experienced in using tools and systems that support software testing, test case management, automation, 5-why analysis, quality metrics, etc.

• Familiarity with quality management outside software quality (hardware, supply chain, manufacturing, field quality)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in related field required

• Master's degree preferred
