Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Coordinating all aspects of property management, for a portfolio of industrial properties, including the development of effective relationships with JLL clients and tenants; general property maintenance; implementation capital improvements and financial reporting and record keeping. Specific responsibilities include the following:
Manage tenant move-ins, including drafting commencement letters and overseeing lease administration.
Function as the main point of contact between tenants and construction management teams, managing finish selections and completing punch list items.
Provide responsive and high-quality tenant service to sustain long-term occupancy rates.
Maintain property aesthetics and manage both operational and capital expenditures to improve property value.
Annually assess and oversee all service contract requirements and maintain property upkeep.
Handle repairs, maintenance, and periodic site inspections.
Manage accounts payable processing and approvals along with collections of accounts receivables.
Prepare annual budgets, monthly variance reports, and develop a comprehensive capital improvement plan for each property in the portfolio.
Oversee annual operating expense reconciliations in collaboration with accounting and ensure accurate updates of lease changes.
Supervise on-site maintenance and administrative personnel to ensure top-tier tenant service and property conditions.
Tackle additional responsibilities as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 5 years of experience in industrial property management.
Must hold a current Real Estate sales license or acquire one within six months of employment.
