Analog Modules, Inc. is recruiting for an Electronics Technician III.


The Electronics Technician III conducts electronic, mechanical and electromechanical tests on electronic systems, subassemblies and parts according to specifications, verifying proper function and/or identifying failure or problem areas. Existing product lines consist of electro-optics and laser electronics (ex. amplifiers, power supplies, diode drivers, detectors, receivers).

  • Tests and verify specifications of electronic sub-assemblies and finished products following written procedures within average time and volume constraints.
  • Uses schematics, assembly drawings, theory, and standard or specialized laboratory equipment.
  • Documents test results and other information as required per procedure. Document failure analysis for new units, as well as warranty and non-warranty repairs.
  • Uses computer to interface with various products through proprietary GUIs, flash microprocessors with software, and input test results in spreadsheet format.
  • Uses computer to find bills of material, assembly drawings, schematic drawings, custom specification sheets, and other information as needed.
  • Must have effective organizational skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to multi-task when needed.

Education and Experience

  • A.S. Degree in electronics or trade school equivalent and five years experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience without an A.S. Degree.
Work Schedule
Analog Modules' Team Members work a 9/80 schedule, which means our workweek splits on Friday. Full-time Team Members work 9 hours per day Monday - Thursday and 8 hours on Friday one week of our pay period and the following week they work 9 hours per day Monday - Thursday and have that Friday off. This allows Team Members to enjoy a three-day weekend twice a month.
