Your Responsibilities:
* Exceed lead gen goals across business units and programs while maintaining balanced inquiry channel mix.
* Manage acquisition cost metric target.
* Optimize channel mix and timing to support conversion goals.
* Track, measure, report and forecast lead flow by program and campus.
Essential Functions:
* Manage channel sources and partners including agency and affiliate sources.
* Track and report demand gen performance to budget and prior year.
* Manage daily spending.
* Monitor and address lead flow for variances and data accuracy.
* Communicate with department head and cross-functional leaders on performance and needs.
* Report out performance.
* Run A/B tests.
* Identify and evaluate new lead gen channels and sources.
* Provide forecast and growth opportunity projections.
* Develop new and adjust current budgets and work with leadership and channel partners to set annual and quarterly budgets.
* Oversee digital creative working with compliance for approval.
* Platform and funnel auditing
* Ability to gain, understand and apply information and data as it relates to software platforms, employment paperwork, and new hire processes.
* Other Duties as Assigned

Your Qualifications:
Education / Experience
* Four-year college (Bachelor's Degree)
* Forecasting
* Budget management
* Vendor management
* Experience with Google Adwords, META, LinedIn, and Bing ad platforms
* Familiar with DSP is a plus
* Attention to detail.
* Cross functional collaboration within a team.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Identify gaps and opportunities.
Expertise
* One to three years developing a/b testing, reporting to leadership.
* Three to five years SEO/SEM, ad budget management
* Five to ten years Digital marketing management, campaign building, bid optimization, vendor management.
* Working across an organization, communication, and collaboration.
