Christian HELP Christian Help prevents homelessness by helping the unemployed find jobs while providing for them materially and spiritually. Each unemployed person who comes into the office, comes to a seminar or calls in, completes a skills profile. The Christian HELP counselor uses this, along with the person's resume in an interview to determine what the person is best suited to do. The counselor then reviews open jobs for ones requiring the job seeker's skills and discusses the job openings with the seeker. |
